Acroyoga is a discipline that is performed in groups, in pairs, trios or wider groups, where each one has a role to exercise, these are: the Base/Porteur, is the person who supports the Flyer, who performs positions in the air in motion, while the Spotter/Caregiver watches and helps his companions

In Acroyoga you will learn to control body and mind, to build strength, flexibility, confidence and teamwork.

You don’t need to be an expert to start or already have a partner, working in a group creates a very healthy, fun and laughable environment!
